DrvnopreradjivaCki kapaciteti su u okviru AD "Planinsko"Han-Pijesak, gdje se vrsi primarna i finalna prerada drveta , a u njegovomm sastavu su još i Transport i Ugostiteljstvo.
SG "Visocnik" Han-Pijesak je u sastavu javnog preduzeca sumarstva "Srpske sume" Republike Srpske-Sokolac. Ovo sumsko gazdinstvo raspolaze kompleksom od 20.000 hektara visokoekonomske Sume. Godisnji sjecivi etat ovog pravnog subjekta je 110.000m3 camovog i bukovog drvnog sortimenta.
U okviru sumskog gazdinstva "Visocnik" Han-Pijesak egzistira i
RJ"Lov i ribolov". Narocito se posvecuje paznja ovoj privrednoj grani jer postoje idealni uslovi da se na povrsini od 32.450 hektara uspjesno gazduje sa bogatim fondom divljaci. U lovistu se nalaze: medvjedi , divlje svinje, zecevi, srne, a od pernate divljaci koka ljestarka.
Cisti vodeni tokovi bogati su potocnom i kalifornijskom pastrmkom, sto omogucava razvoj ribolova. Razvijanju ove privredne grane doprinosi idealna nadmorska visina koja se krece od 762m do 1537 m.
Radna jedinica "Poljoprivreda" je u sastavu SG"Visocnik" Han-Pijesak og 1998 godine. U ovoj radnoj jedinici u toku je transformacija drljavnog kapitala u akcionarsko drustvo AD"Planina" Han-Pijesak i jedno je od najvecih poljoprivrednih dobara prema raspolozivim kapacitetima koji iznose 2.385 hektara od cega je:
- Oranice 370 hektara ili 15,5%
- Prirodne livade 360 hektara ili 15%
- Pasnjaci 1655 hektara ili 69,5%
Sve ovo pogoduje razvoju priplodne stoke (ovce i goveda)
Ratarska proizvodnja je orijentisana na proizvodnju kabaste stocne hrane (sijeno,silaza,ispasa) , potrebne za ishranu raspolozivog stocnog fonda . Stocarska proizvodnja je osnovna privredna djelatnost ovog subjekta i zastupljena je kroz ovcarstvo, govedarstvo i konjarstvo.
Sadasnje maticno stado ovaca iznosi 1.100 grla ovaca ,305 grla krava , i konja 25 grla . Maticno stado ovaca sacinjavaju TROPASMINSKI KRIZANCI; ROMANOVSKA; I ILE-DE-FRANCE pasmine.
Govedarska proizvodnja u ovom pravnom subjektu je zastupljena kroz uzgoj HEREFORD cistokrvne pasmine. Pomenuta pasmina iskljucivo se koristi za proizvodnju mesa. dojni period kod teladi traje 6 mjeseci. Zenski podmladak se ostavlja za obnavljanje maticnog stada , a minus varijante se prodaju u kategoriji teladi i junadi. Hereford je engleska pasmina nazvana po istoimenoj grofoviji u Engleskoj. Crvene boje sa bijelom prugom od grebena preko glave, bijela djerdana ,donjeg dijela trupa. Gojaznost joj je odlicna .Krave su teske 500-600 kg, a bikovi 700-1000kg. kvalitet mesa je odlican. Randman iznosi 60-70%.
Rasa je ranostasna ,otporna ,skromna u pogledu ishrane i dobro iskoristava za pasu. Mlijecnost je tolika da othrani tele koje se radja sa tezinom 30-35kg.
Sto se tice privatnog sektora on je u ekspanziji i svakoga dana je sve jaci,i mocniji. Osnivaju se nova preduzeca i radnje i osjetno se povecava broj zaposlenih u privatnom sektoru, tako da privatna inicijativa i privatizacija drzavnih preduzeca predstavlja perspektivu razvoja opstine.

Woodrefining capacities are a part of the Actionary Union "Planininsko" Han Pijesak, where, the prime and final refinements of the wood are done , amd also a part of it are also Transport and Accomidations.
Forest Property "Visocnik" Han Pijesak is part of the public firm of the forestry "Serbian Forests" of Republic of Srpska-Sokolac. Hereford is an english sort of cattle named after an English shire with the same name. It's red coloured with a white stripe across the head, white pearl neclace ,on the bottom part of the body. The weight of the calf is very good. They weight from 500-600 kg,and bulls 700-1000kg. The quality of the meat is great. The income comes out to 60-70%.
The sort is mature, capable, moderate concerning food and the good use of pastures. The milking is so great that it feeds the calf which is born with the weight of 30-35kg.
