This area is both morfologically and climate wise acceptable for winter turism and winter sports, while the mountains present the greatest turistic offer. In the last few years a few very important buildings have been built which are the main base for bringing back tourism to this area, which are sport arena, town work out auditorium and fitness club, the soccer field on the Warrionr's Hill with modern changing rooms, the renovated hotel of "Gora" B catagory , renovated cinema, hunting house at Kram. The closness of the ski centar Igriste located 8km from Han Pijesak. The hunting turism would quickly be activated, because all the necessary assesments have been established (tehnical objects for hunting, and the capacity for night overstays and similar)

Natural Rarities

From plant fenomena in the area of Han Pijesak what stands out Pancic's Pine which is under care by the law. It's mostly found on the mountain Javor and takes up the space of 30 hectars. The Bristly Birch tree which is found in the area of Han-Kram. Because of it's rareness the birch tree represents a true fenomenon in this community.
Concerning the wild life due to the cutting down of forests, noise and unplanned hunting the wild hen, bear, and wild goats have become rarities.
Out of the geographical fenomena it's important to mention the Canion of Chude which is found on the way from Han Pijesak to Olovo, through which runs the river Stupcancica. The edges of the canion are lined with black pines and soft moss. As a natural beauty and geographical rarity it's put under care by the law. As natural unusal attractions of this part what is distinguished are: the Canion of the River Sushice, the Canion under the hill of Klicevac, Canion of the Port of Radava, the Canion of the River of Zepa, and mountain tops from which you are able to experience beautiful sights.

TURIZAM Posto podruce opsine Han-Pijeska nema niti jednog prirodnog cnioca koji bi ogranicvao njegov turisticki prostor, ovaj kontinentalni dio omogucava razvoj vise vrsta turistickog privredjivanja. Ovo je podrucje morfoloski i klimatski pogodno za zimski turizam i zimske sportove, dok planine predstavljaju najsnaznije obiljezje turisticke ponude prostora. Osnovne preduslove za razvoj boravisnog i vikend turizma daju prirodne ljepote ,klima, lov i ribolov, kulturnoistorijske vrijednosti, razvoj planinskog i zimskog turizma. Od velikog znacaja za razvoj stacionarnog turizma ima razvoj specificnog zdravstveno-klimatskog turizma- vazdusna banja. Opstinski centar Han-Pijesak predstavlja centralnu turisticku tacku ovog prostora. U poslednjih nekoliko godina izgradjeno je nekoliko veoma znacajnih objekata koji cine osnovu za ponovno ozivljavanje turizma u ovom kraju kao sto su sportska dvorana , gradska teretana i fitnes klub,fudbalski teren na Borackom brdu sa modernom svlacionicom, renoviran hotel "Gora" B kategorije, renovirana kino-sala, lovacka kuca na Kramu. Veoma je znacajna blizina ski centra Igrista (8km) na PO Vlasenica. U saradnji sa SG Visocnik brzo bi se mogao reaktivirati lovni turizam, jer su se za to stekli svi neophodni preduslovi (lovno tehnicki objekti, kapaciteti za nocenja i slicno) Bez obzira jeste li porijeklom iz ovih krajeva ili ne, postoje mnogobrojni razlozi da bas sada posjetite Han-Pijesak i raspitate se o “komadicu” sopstvenog zadovoljstva na ovim prostorima. Prirodne rijetkosti Od biljnih fenomena na hanpjesackom podrucju moze se istaci Panciceva omorika koja je stavljena pod strogu zastitu. Najvise je zastupljena na Javor planini i zauzima povrsinu od 30 hektara. Poznata je i Maljava breza koja se nalazi samo na podrucju Han-Krama. Zbog rijetkosti maljave breze ovo podrucje predstavlja strogi fenomen. Sto se tice zivotinjskog svijeta zbog sve vece otvorenosti suma buke i neplanskog lova rijetkosti su veliki tetrijeb, medvjed i divokoza. Od geografskih fenomena treba pomenuti klisuru Cude koja se nalazi na putu Han-Pijesak - Olovo kroz koju protice rijeka Stupcanica. Rubovi klisure obrasli su crnim borom i mahovinom . Climate Across this span of space polar and tropical air masses move and combine by hitting into each other. Climate characteristics are brought about by the hight above the sealevel and also by the geographical width and the continental area of the town. The coldest month is January with the mid temperatures around -4,5С and February -3,7C and the warmest month is July with 15,7С. The mid temperture year round is very low and is about 6,5С. Concerning the falls the winter months have less falls than the summer months. The mid yearly amount of falls in the area of Han Pijesak comes around 1085-1433мм3/м2 . From the total days with falls, 30% is part of the snow falls and the snow stays on the ground over 120 days in the year. The amount of windy days suceedes the number of days without winds. The most freekvent winds are the north and south winds. The strongest winds are in february and april but the winds are reduced largely due to the moisture of the air. The mid yearly cloudiness is 5.9 tenths, the cloudies month is december with 7.4 tenths. Gnerally the climate is submountain, it's characteristic for it's lond and snowy winters and short summers and short vegetation periods. It's unusual that the fall is warmer than the spring.
